OUR PROGRAM WORKS

to sell. It doesn't matter whether you are a private

The
Program is quite simple.
1.) You
contact us by email or phone and
indicate your interest in our program. Tell us whether
you are a private individual or a professional real
estate agent, and what it is you have to sell. Please
provide a telephone number so we can call you.
2.) If
we feel that you have a property that would interest
our buyers, we'll ask that you send information and
photos to post on our website.
3.) Once
we are comfortable that we have the information we
need, we will post your property on this website,
and begin promoting it to the Florida and International
markets.
4.) When
we have a potential buyer for your property, we will
contact you and request a Referral Commission Agreement.
5.) When
we receive a completed and signed Referral Commission
Agreement, we will connect you with our potential
buyer. You contact the buyer and make arrangements
for their visit.
6.) If
the buyer makes a purchase, you send us a check for
the referral commission.
