HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS
It's really quite simple and it doesn't cost you a thing.
STEP 1 - You browse our Property List to see
if there is anything that interests you.
STEP 2 - If you
find something, the next step is to call us.
There
is no sales pressure, so don't be afraid to call.
We simply want to find out if the property that
interests you is a good match for what you want.
Then again, maybe you're not sure what you want
and we can help you find something that you'll
like.
STEP 3 - The
next step is to have you obtain a Letter of Qualification
from your bank or any mortgage company you choose.
This letter simply states that you have the financial
ability to purchase real estate up to a certain
dollar amount.
Once
we have the Letter of Qualification, we will
contact the Seller to let them know that you
are interested.
STEP 4 - The final step is for us to connect
you with the seller.
The rest is up to you. |
Trust
If
there is one thing that you can count on, it
is that you can trust us. We will not compromise
your trust for anything.
Since
we aren't selling anything, our only goal is
to match you up with a seller who has what you
want. If you purchase, the Seller pays us a small
referral fee.
Information
We
can provide you with information that you probably
won't get if you are looking on your own. When
you go directly to a seller, you only get information
related to the property they are selling.
Choices
We
can offer you selections of properties in several
States and many locations.
Quality
We
are careful to make sure that the properties
we list meet our personal standards of quality
and uniqueness.
One-Stop
Shopping
If
you've tried searching for real estate in the
mountains, it is not an easy task! Besides the
driving, stopping, and listening to sales pitches,
there is the frustration. We can make it easy
on you. |
CONNECTING BUYERS & SELLERS
As
you can see, we don't do the selling. We are
the "matchmaker".
BUT...our efforts can save you alot of money
from traveling around and possibly making a purchase
that was not meant for you. |
If
you've gotten this far, you no doubt still have
questions. So we have prepared a list of common
questions with answers. Click
